Shipping and Returns in a simple way
Shipping costs are calculated on the total price of the order, after the discounts and / or coupons. Expenses are calculated as follows:

Once the item is sent, we will send you an email with a tracking number. You can also find the order details and the tracking in the Order History tab, in the My Account section.

Shipments to Rest of Europe

The cost of shipping to the rest of Europe will be calculated depending on the country and the weight of the product, for England when the purchase is over 200 € and the weight does not exceed 10 kg the shipping will be free for the rest of Western Europe (France , Germany, ...) the amount of the free shipping will be from a purchase of € 100 and a weight not exceeding 10kg.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can change or return your order.

Golfriends offers 3 refund options: (1) refund for a credit in the Golfriends account, (2) exchange for another item, (3) refund for full refund*.

Refund for a Golfriends credit or exchange for another item:
You can exchange your order for another item or request a refund in exchange for a credit for a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the receipt of the package. There is a maximum period of 14 calendar days from when we receive the package in the warehouse so that you can receive your new order or see the credit applied to your Golfriends account. At the time of making a change of products purchased in promotion these can be rejected for lack of available stocks (See the characteristics of changes and returns in the terms and conditions of each promotion).

Refund for full refund:
To request a refund of your purchase you have a maximum of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the package. The refund will be made in your bank account within a maximum period of 14 days from when we receive the order in the warehouse. The same mode of payment used to make the purchase will be used. Please bear in mind that it may take up to 5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your bank account.

Guide for returns
It is recommended to try the shoes on a carpet or carpet to avoid dirtying or scratching them. Bags, costume jewelery and accessories must be returned in perfect condition and with all the parts that compose them, the earrings should not be used. Clothing must be returned unused and with all its labels.

How to make a change / return:

  1. Send us an email or call our Customer Service at 931 845 877 with your order number and let us know if you want to make a change or a return. You must also specify the address in which you want the transport company to pick up your package.
  2. You will be provided with a return authorization number (RMA).
  3. You will receive via email a return label from the PuntoPack transport company (Mondial Relay).
  4. Print this label and stick it on your package.
  5. Deliver your package in a Punto Pack. Visit the page www.puntopack.es and discover the collection offices closest to your home to deliver your package.
  6. The refund, return of credits or delivery of a new product (in case of a change) will be made as soon as the package is received in our warehouse and it has been verified that it is in perfect condition.

* If you choose a refund, the loyalty points obtained with the purchase will be deducted from your account.
